Confirm whose “no signal” message it is
If the TV cannot display the SKY menu, first select the receiver’s TV input and check safe receiver power and HDMI connections. If the SKY interface itself says “Ausência de Sinal” or “Procurando por sinal,” treat it as a reception path and continue with SKY’s diagnostic. A TV input warning and a receiver reception warning are different problems.
