The SKY Mini is the smaller room receiver in the Media Center system. The manual labels a NETWORK (SWM) connection for this link; do not assume that jack is an ordinary home Ethernet socket.

Compare the same channel on Media Center. If main works and Mini fails, check the Mini’s power, TV input and accessible installed connection before treating it as dish loss. Leave the installed SWM distribution intact.
