Who operates this site
FixSatellite operates fixsatellite.com, an independent satellite repair library. Contact the site operator about privacy or corrections at the email address below.
Reading, searching and hosting
There are no visitor accounts, checkout forms or newsletter sign-ups. Search and filters work in your browser. Search terms may appear in your page address and reach our host if you reload or share that address. Do not enter passwords, account numbers or other private information into search. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and processes connection information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details and request times to deliver pages and handle security.
Optional analytics
If you select Allow analytics, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, referring sites, country, device/browser categories and loading performance. The analytics service does not use cookies, local storage or device fingerprinting to identify visitors. It does not log URL query strings. We do not add advertising pixels, session recordings or individual visitor profiles. Declining does not limit the site.
Your choice
Analytics starts off until you choose Allow analytics. Change your choice using Cookies & privacy choices in the footer. We store only your choice, its version and an expiry time in this browser for up to 180 days. Browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals keep optional analytics off. Withdrawal reloads the page to stop the loaded analytics script; it cannot recall statistics already sent.
Messages and service providers
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any information you choose to include. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages to the operator’s Gmail inbox; Cloudflare and Google process that communication to deliver and store it. We use messages to answer requests and manage corrections, not to add you to a marketing list. Avoid sending sensitive equipment account details.
Purpose, retention and international processing
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, optional analytics relies on your consent. Operating and securing the site and answering messages rely on our legitimate interests; legal obligations may also apply. We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to resolve your request and meet applicable obligations. Cloudflare currently makes the previous six months of analytics available; that reporting window is not a promise about all provider logs. Provider processing may take place outside your country, including in the United States. See the provider policies below for their handling and safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on your location and the information involved, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us below; we may need enough information to verify your request. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-site targeted advertising.
