Satellite repair help for everyone, everywhere.

We are building FixSatellite to work with keyboards, assistive technology, older devices and slow connections. Our guidance is always free to use, with no display ads or advertising pop-ups.

What we have improved

  • Keyboard navigation, a skip-to-content link, visible focus indicators, labelled form controls and page landmarks.
  • Readable text, responsive layouts, text-spacing support, reduced-motion preferences and Windows forced-colors support.
  • Text-based country and service choices alongside the globe, so the visual globe is not required to browse services.
  • Smaller directory pages and repair downloads. Search and directory navigation work without JavaScript; the interactive repair tool and report form need JavaScript.
  • Compatibility fallbacks for selected browser features, and text branding when the logo image cannot load.

Checks completed and their limits

We have tested representative pages in current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and WebKit engines, narrow layouts, keyboard navigation and selected unavailable-browser-feature scenarios. Automated WCAG A/AA checks help us find issues but cannot establish full accessibility.

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our improvement target. We do not claim certified or complete conformance. A comprehensive independent audit, real-world screen-reader testing by users, and physical older-phone testing remain outstanding. Browser simulations are not physical-device certification.

Known limitations

Manufacturer PDFs and external websites may not be accessible. Older browsers may have limited support for interactive tools. Use our written guides and directory links if a tool does not work. We have not checked every page with every assistive technology. Please tell us where you encounter a barrier.
