Common questions
Does every viewable programme permit recording?
No. For the SKY PerfecTV! HD external-recording path, the manual excludes unsubscribed programmes and PPV previews and notes copy-control restrictions. Check the rules for the selected path and programme instead of treating a restriction as an HDD failure. This does not establish current external recorder compatibility.
