Work through these checks

  1. Reach the local portal

Use the configured terminal Wi-Fi or an approved LAN connection, not its boxed WAN port. Open http://portal.thaleslink without adding .com.

What the result means: If unavailable, troubleshoot local access before satellite service.

  2. Read alerts and service status

Check Dashboard or Alerts, then Status → Service for detected satellites and signal. Record the exact alert before changing settings.

What the result means: Persistent faults need the administrator or airtime provider.

  3. Retrieve revision-matched documentation

The portal Help section provides manuals. Compare the installed revision before using advanced settings or reset instructions.

What the result means: Keep a copy available before leaving connectivity.
