HDR-1100S: missing recordings, space and Keep

Inspect saved versus planned programmes, remaining space and automatic-deletion status before treating missing recordings as a disk failure.

Applies to: HUMAX HDR-1100S internal-disk Freesat recorder. The original user guide is hosted by Freesat; its old app/service listings are not current availability promises. HB-1000S and HB-1100S USB recording instructions are separate.

Work through these checks

  1. Separate planned from saved programmes

Open Recordings and compare the planned section with saved programmes. Try an existing recording without deleting it. Record whether the problem is a missing reservation, a failed new recording or playback of an old file.

What the result means: Preserve recordings and scheduled programmes. Do not format, reset or remove the internal disk as a test. Stop for electrical damage or a request to erase content.
