Work through these checks

  1. Check the remote and PI separately

Wake the remote with a button other than DiSEqC. Its sleeping display does not establish antenna power loss. Record PI POWER and STB lights separately (manual page 7).

What the result means: Park safely; keep the movement area clear. Confirm HOME before travel. Do not force movement, alter wiring or reset pairing as a first check.

  2. Confirm the selected antenna

Match the selected MAC identity to your unit before issuing movement commands. “Connected” establishes the control link, not satellite reception (page 8).

What the result means: Park safely; keep the movement area clear. Confirm HOME before travel. Do not force movement, alter wiring or reset pairing as a first check.

  3. Record the stage that fails

HOME, Searching, Found SAT and Mov To Home describe different stages. If Found SAT appears but TV fails, record the receiver message rather than treating pairing as failed. If movement stalls or is noisy, stop and contact the dealer (pages 8, 12).

What the result means: Park safely; keep the movement area clear. Confirm HOME before travel. Do not force movement, alter wiring or reset pairing as a first check.

  4. If using the app, identify its connection stage

The OEM app quick guide requires Bluetooth and GPS enabled and selection of the matching antenna MAC on the unit or PI box. Record whether the unit is detected, connection completes, or the status fails to update. A green HOME indicator and a green search-complete indicator refer to different operations. Save the screen before changing permissions or pairing; do not use manual movement to compensate for an unidentified connection failure.

What the result means: Park safely; keep the movement area clear. Confirm HOME before travel. Do not force movement, alter wiring or reset pairing as a first check.
