Confirm your model
Check the label and on-screen menus for the German Sky Q main receiver with satellite input. This page does not cover Sky Q Mini, Sky Stream, German cable boxes or Sky UK equipment.
How it connects
- Installed dish / building system SAT coax, accessible indoor end
- Sky Q SAT receiver HDMI
- TV on correct HDMI input
A live TV reception fault differs from recorded or on-demand playback. For error 11010, check the actual SAT signal in the Sky Q status menu and follow Sky Deutschland’s satellite branch. Do not copy SatCR or shared-building frequencies from another home.
Lights and messages
- 11010: satellite reception issue on the German Sky Q receiver. Record whether all live channels or only some are affected.
- 11020 is the separate cable-reception path. Recordings playing normally do not prove that the satellite signal has returned.
A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.
Before buying parts
- Confirm the exact receiver and installation with Sky Deutschland or the building operator before buying an LNB, splitter, power supply or replacement box. A fitting coax connector does not establish SatCR compatibility.
