Confirm your model

HS17 is the Genie 2 tower. Your television connects through a separate client. Start by noting whether one room or every room fails.

Use the client’s TV connection when checking a blank screen. Record the client model as well as HS17 for support.

Lights and messages

  • STATUS green: normal. Flashing green: starting. Yellow: check the client’s error.
  • WIRELESS flashing yellow: degraded link. Keep the tower upright.

A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.
