Intellian OW11FL / OW11FM / OW11FV · Enterprise family · Exact manual and safe first checks

Intellian OW11FL / OW11FM / OW11FV · Enterprise family · Original OEM UG-KL6113-V4.2; OW11FL fixed, OW11FM maritime, OW11FV land-mobile

Applies to: Intellian OW11FL / OW11FM / OW11FV · Enterprise family · Original OEM UG-KL6113-V4.2; OW11FL fixed, OW11FM maritime, OW11FV land-mobile

Work through these checks

  1. 01 · Intellian OW11FL / OW11FM / OW11FV · Enterprise family

Match the exact model, product code and manual edition. Record the existing connections, status indicators and displayed error without changing them. Preserve settings and stored data; do not reset, flash software, format storage or alter wiring as a first check. Keep account details, device identifiers and precise location private.

  2. 02 · CNX-Rack / Primary-Primary / Dual User Terminal / MoCA / XCVR / LUI

Match OW11FL fixed, OW11FM maritime or OW11FV land-mobile to UG-KL6113-V4.2; OW11FL is stationary, not an in-motion terminal. Identify the existing CNX-Rack topology before diagnosing a second antenna. In Primary-Primary blockage mitigation, only one antenna is active and the other is a backup. Dual User Terminal instead allows two OW11FM terminals to carry separate traffic simultaneously; this is not bonding or data aggregation. In the already authorized LUI, read Home, Modem, Network and Diagnostics; preserve the active path, error and time. MoCA indicates a local link, not satellite delivery; the manual leaves XCVR meaning undefined. Have the contracted provider confirm the existing configuration and eligibility. Do not copy example IP/VLAN/APN settings, reset, reboot, flash, change modes or blockage zones, disconnect live coax or open equipment. Keep identifiers and location private; installation and faults require qualified support.

When to stop and get help

Do not continue these checks in unsafe conditions. For immediate danger, use local emergency services and the device’s emergency instructions. Otherwise, contact your provider or a qualified technician.

What to tell support

Write down your exact model, service provider and on-screen message. Photograph the existing connections for your own reference before changing anything.
