Work through these checks
01 · Century MidiaBox B5 / B5+
Match the exact model, product code and manual edition. Record the existing connections, status indicators and displayed error without changing them. Preserve settings and stored data; do not reset, flash software, format storage or alter wiring as a first check. Keep account details, device identifiers and precise location private.
02 · B5 / B5+ / rev05 / PE.5851.0041 / UHF / HDMI / AV / CAID / SCUA / LNBF
B5/B5+ · rev05 (August 2022), PE.5851.0041: only B5+ has terrestrial UHF input; its absence on B5 is normal. Distinguish dish input from HDMI/AV output. If the receiver menu appears, the TV path works; missing channels then require separate signal or entitlement checks. Keep CAID/SCUA private. Preserve the channel list and LNBF settings: factory reset erases them. Historical StarOne C2 instructions do not establish current service or tuning.
