Check that the label says Recordable. The non-recordable 4K TV Box has a separate manual and no recording drive.

Lights and messages
- Note the exact recording warning, schedule conflict or storage message. Do not factory-reset a box with recordings you want to keep.
A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.

- Confirm LNB and cable compatibility with Freesat or a qualified installer before buying parts. A larger drive is not a remedy for signal loss.
