For US satellite TV while parked, compare a DISH-compatible portable antenna and Wally receiver bundle. DISH Outdoors offers Pay As You Go programming. Check what the bundle includes; Playmaker is not an in-motion antenna. For internet, compare Starlink hardware with a suitable Roam plan, available power and an unobstructed sky view.

Winegard
Winegard DISH Playmaker PL-7000
PL-7000 manual, Wally connection overview and portable antenna troubleshooting.
Match the exact equipment
Read PL-7000 on the antenna label. The single-receiver Playmaker and Playmaker Dual have different connection arrangements; match your unit first.
Service & installation requirements
The single-output PL-7000 uses one coax path from the antenna port to SAT IN on its receiver. Winegard describes the antenna as powered through that receiver connection. The receiver has its own separate connection to the TV. This is a stationary-use antenna; the Dual model’s second receiver arrangement does not apply to this single-output unit.
Check what else you need
Revision 5 lists a supplied 25 ft coax cable and a handle with two screws. The PL-7000 product page separately lists the optional TR-1518 tripod and RK-4000 roof kit; these are not included mounts. The manual’s 2019 receiver list describes its historical edition, not present service approval. Confirm the installed receiver and antenna edition before choosing equipment.
Two-output stationary DISH antenna: identify MAIN/SEC and understand the shared-satellite limit.
Match the exact equipment
Match PL-8000 or PL-8035 on the unit. Winegard lists these together as Playmaker Dual; PL-7000 is a different single-output model.
Service & installation requirements
Diagram shows the primary path. SEC connects separately to a second compatible receiver and TV. Both receivers share the satellite selected by the primary. Use while parked; this is not an in-motion tracking system.
Check what else you need
Winegard lists DISH 211k, 211, 411, 211z and Wally Solo HD receivers, plus TR-1518 tripod and RK-4000 roof kit. Confirm the exact receiver and current setup before ordering; two TVs require two receivers.
KING-manufactured portable DISH antenna. DT4450 is the package including a Wally receiver and cables; identify the antenna and receiver separately.
Match the exact equipment
Confirm DT4400 or DT4450 and the attached receiver label. The linked manual illustrates Wally; ViP receivers need their own operating instructions. This is not the Tailgater Pro manual.
Service & installation requirements
With receiver power disconnected, use MAIN to SATELLITE IN and hand-tighten coax. A stable, reasonably level ground location needs a clear southern sky. Keep cables away from traffic and trip hazards. Roof-mounted installations need a technician.
Check what else you need
Use the supplied cable and confirm receiver compatibility before buying replacements. Do not assume fittings or firmware for another KING antenna apply.
