Confirm your model
Match PL-8000 or PL-8035 on the unit. Winegard lists these together as Playmaker Dual; PL-7000 is a different single-output model.
How it connects
- Dual antenna Coax / antenna power
- MAIN → primary receiver Receiver video output
- Primary TV
Diagram shows the primary path. SEC connects separately to a second compatible receiver and TV. Both receivers share the satellite selected by the primary. Use while parked; this is not an in-motion tracking system.
Lights and messages
- Record each receiver’s scan or channel message separately. A secondary channel loss after a primary channel change can reflect the shared-satellite limit.
A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.
Before buying parts
- Winegard lists DISH 211k, 211, 411, 211z and Wally Solo HD receivers, plus TR-1518 tripod and RK-4000 roof kit. Confirm the exact receiver and current setup before ordering; two TVs require two receivers.
