Match the model, product code and manual edition on this page. Photograph existing connections without changing them. First separate TV input and standby problems from missing satellite reception. Elegance/Komfort Smart use the specified TY2 TV satellite interface. Sat Ok means satellite acquisition, not that every channel is available. For the existing satellite service, check INPUT is DVB-S2; changing to a channel on another satellite can start movement. AUTO controls normal parking: wait for P OK and confirm the dish is fully down from the ground before travel. TV standby alone is not evidence of stowage. Do not bypass the green-wire interlock or force repeated motor searches.
