Work through these checks
01 · Teleco FlatSat Easy Smart / FlatSat Classic Smart
Match the model, product code and manual edition on this page. Photograph existing connections without changing them. First separate TV input and standby problems from missing satellite reception. Preserve the channel list and antenna settings; do not factory-reset, flash software, rescan or rewire as a first check.
02 · ON-OFF / SAT / SAT OK / NO SAT / EL / AZ / Error 9
Easy/Classic Smart: the wall panel display and LEDs turn off automatically when idle; a dark panel alone is not loss of power. Record SAT OK versus NO SAT and the full EL, AZ or Error 9 message. Satellite lock does not prove the receiver decoded the requested channel: confirm the existing receiver/TV input and selected service before changing the dish. Do not repeatedly restart a jammed motor or reach onto the roof. Preserve the green-wire travel interlock and confirm stowage from the ground.
When to stop and get help
Do not continue these checks in unsafe conditions. For immediate danger, use local emergency services and the device’s emergency instructions. Otherwise, contact your provider or a qualified technician.
