Work through these checks
01 · Comtech CDM-625A
Match the exact model, product code and manual edition. Record the existing connections, status indicators and displayed error without changing them. Preserve settings and stored data; do not reset, flash software, format storage or alter wiring as a first check. Keep account details, device identifiers and precise location private.
02 · TIMED FEATURE / Tx TRAFFIC / Tx Carrier / DEMOD LOCK / Rx TRAFFIC / Clear-All / CDM-625A / CDM-625
Match CDM-625A to MN-CDM625A Revision 4, whose cover references firmware 1.4.1 or higher; do not borrow CDM-625 or CDM-570A LED meanings. Tx TRAFFIC and Tx Carrier are separate: a green carrier indicator does not prove fault-free user traffic. Compare DEMOD LOCK with Rx TRAFFIC and the current alarm; demodulator lock can coexist with a framing or other receive-traffic fault. TIMED FEATURE describes a timed feature or licence state, not a satellite-strength meter; record its state without changing licensing or purchasing anything. Read existing dated events and leave Clear-All untouched so fault and recovery history remains available. An offline redundancy standby or selected test mode is not itself proof of failed hardware. Preserve the installed network, transmit, receive, clock, outdoor-unit and redundancy configuration. Do not switch a carrier, change frequencies or power, launch loopbacks, reset, flash or open the chassis to diagnose an outage. Give the network operator the exact status and private log details. The linked original is an existing archived manufacturer manual, not a guarantee that this old firmware or service is current.

Write down your exact model, service provider and on-screen message. Photograph the existing connections for your own reference before changing anything.
