Confirm XT-LITE on the handset label. XT-PRO and XT-PRO DUAL have different instructions.

The handset needs a valid SIM, service coverage and a clear satellite view to register before ordinary calls or SMS. Thuraya coverage is regional, not worldwide.

Lights and messages

  • “No Network” and “Insert SIM” are different problems. Follow the matching branch in the manufacturer manual before changing settings.

A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.

Before buying parts

  • Confirm XT-LITE battery, charger and any external antenna by model number. Do not buy a signal booster to solve an inactive SIM.
