SRT 7408 only, following the French original with a visible 14 June 2024 date. Its TNTSAT use is documented for metropolitan France and Monaco. This historical manual does not establish current channel availability, card rights or service eligibility; do not transfer SRT 7006 or SRT 7009 procedures.
How it connects
The installed dish/LNB coax enters Entrée SAT. HDMI carries picture and sound to the TV; TV SCART is a separate television option, and coaxial S/PDIF serves a digital audio amplifier. The smartcard slot is a separate access path, not an RF signal indicator. Preserve the existing cabling.
Lights and messages
- The front LED is red in standby and green in operation; the display shows a channel number during operation and the time in standby. These observations do not prove reception or card authorisation. The INFO banner’s signal view separately displays transponder parameters, audio/video PIDs, strength and quality.
A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.
Before buying parts
- The manual’s accessory list names the user guide, remote control and TNTSAT service card. It documents HDMI, TV SCART and digital audio connection options, but does not make arbitrary replacement power adapters or another STRONG model’s remote interchangeable. A replacement card or subscription purchase is not a diagnostic step.
