The antenna feed goes to the receiver; HDMI connects it to the TV. A blank TV input is not proof of missing satellite signal.

Lights and messages

  • If the receiver menu appears, the TV path works. Read the receiver’s own signal message before changing tuner settings.

A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.

Before buying parts

  • Match replacement cables and remote to SRT7015. Do not buy a new LNB based only on a black TV screen.
