Confirm your model
SELFSAT SNIPE · original auto-skew · Original SNIPE user manual V3.0, linked in OEM SNIPE 1 row; manual edition, not SNIPE 3 hardware. Match the model, product code and manual edition on this page. Photograph existing connections without changing them. First separate TV input and standby problems from missing satellite reception. Preserve the channel list and antenna settings; do not factory-reset, flash software, rescan or rewire as a first check.
How it connects
Match the original SNIPE auto-skew controller in manual V3.0, not SNIPE 2/3/4. Photograph the black CONTROLLER and grey RECEIVER cables without swapping them. Record HOME, GPS and the selected SATELLITE light. Steady HOME means fully folded home in this manual; steady GPS is not TV lock, and flashing GPS can indicate an update. SATELLITE flashes while searching and becomes steady when found. Observe obstructions from a safe place and keep clear of moving parts. If it makes noise without moving, stop and seek qualified help; do not force, open, flash or change vehicle wiring. Confirm safe physical stowage before travel.
