Raymarine 37STV under User’s Guide 81304-2, March 2009. Match the installed antenna and ACU before applying these observations. European linear-polarization and North American circular-polarization arrangements are separate; historical satellite lists are not current service or coverage approval. Not 45STV, 60STV or another Intellian-branded model.
How it connects
- 37STV antenna RF1 → ANT RF1
- ACU RECEIVER → receiver RF input
- Satellite receiver
In the documented single-receiver path, antenna RF1 runs to the ACU ANT RF1 input, then ACU RECEIVER runs to the satellite receiver. RF2 belongs to separately documented additional-receiver arrangements. NMEA GPS is a positioning input; PC INTERFACE is the historical computer-control connection, not a TV or Ethernet outlet.
Lights and messages
- SEARCHING means acquisition is incomplete; TRACKING identifies the selected satellite being followed. ANTENNA IS UNWRAPPING can occur between two TRACKING displays. In an existing GUI diagnostic report, blue means the function passed, green means it is being tested and red means a fault: these are screen markers, not physical lamp colors.
A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.
Before buying parts
- The original package lists a 15 m antenna-to-ACU RF cable, 3 m ACU-to-receiver RF cable, power lead and installation kit. The receiver is not supplied in the single-receiver drawing. Additional receivers, regional multiswitch arrangements and the historical programming CD require their own documented configuration; this is not a current purchase-compatibility list.
These are compatibility notes and official reference links. Confirm the fault and exact part before buying.
