Intellian i6 marine TV antenna

i6 variants, Ku-band coverage, receiver/MIM switching and official manuals.

Confirm your model

Read the suffix: i6, i6P, i6PE and i6W have separate downloads. WorldView applies to i6W; do not infer it from an unmarked i6.

How it connects

  1. i6 antenna RF1 feed
  2. Intellian ACU Configured satellite service
  3. TV receiver
Simplified signal path, not an installation or rewiring diagram. Follow the linked manual for power connections, grounding and your exact hardware revision.

The i6 antenna connects through its control unit to a configured satellite TV receiver. Some Dish installations add an Intellian MIM for switching. Antenna tracking does not itself confirm channel authorization.

Lights and messages

  • Compare ACU tracking status with a free channel and an affected subscribed channel. If only Dish switching fails, note the MIM Master indicator.

A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.

Before buying parts

  • i6W WorldView LNB, i6P auto-skew and the Dish MIM serve different configurations. Do not buy a generic LNB, MIM or splitter until variant, provider and receiver compatibility are confirmed.

These are compatibility notes and official reference links. Confirm the fault and exact part before buying.

Model-specific parts: start with the official source

Confirm the exact model and part number with the manufacturer or provider before buying any replacement part or accessory.
