Lights and messages
- A connected satellite indicator does not tell you which internet route is being used. Read the existing satellite, WAN and routing states together, then preserve the terminal’s logs before a restart or configuration change.
A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.
Before buying parts
- Use authorized local access and observation only. Preserve route policies, firewall, SIM provisioning and radio-silence arrangements. Do not initiate paid traffic, reset, enable remote access, run hardware test mode or open the radome as a test.
