HUMAX Combo 9000 · provider procedures

Use the original tivùsat procedures to distinguish a changed terrestrial/satellite numbering preference from a reception or card-information question, while preserving the existing channel lists.

Confirm your model

Model: HUMAX Combo 9000 only, using tivùsat’s four-page Italian “Procedure utili”. No printed revision identifier was found; the PDF title contains 14Apr2010, which is not evidence of a current software release. This is a narrow procedure guide, not a full hardware manual, a different HUMAX model or a guarantee of present channels, cards or service.

How it connects

A channel at an unexpected number is not necessarily an untuned channel. This Combo 9000 procedure describes two LCN preferences that swap the terrestrial and tivùsat numbering groups. Record the exact system version and existing preference first, then keep signal information separate from card information. Do not scan, reset or update the receiver just to restore a familiar number. For private support, keep model, displayed software and System ID, channel name/number/group, any already known LCN preference, the exact signal-screen readings and card-related message. Explain which information could not be read without a change. Do not publish card numbers, account details or access codes.
