Lights and messages
- Compare the LED with the installed firmware and power mode. A color alone is not a delivery receipt. Then separate device activation from CONNECT messaging activation and check the expected tracking profile with the owner.
A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.
Before buying parts
- Do not open the sealed tracker, alter marine wiring or replace internal parts. Keep fleet tracking/privacy settings intact. Check installation records from a safe position; wiring and antenna relocation require the authorized installer.
