UHD Quad 4K Pro

Satellite receiver with integrated DVB-S/S2X FBC inputs, a colour LCD and Gigabit Ethernet. Match the Pro model and installed tuner configuration before following a recording or reception guide.

Confirm your model

Read UHD Quad 4K Pro on the receiver label. Quad 4K without Pro, Trio 4K Pro and IP 4K have separate manuals. Record the installed software version and whether optional tuner C is fitted. The optional tuner can change the available connection types; do not infer its presence from a manual illustration.

How it connects

  1. Installed satellite feed Preserve assigned tuner settings
  2. FBC inputs A / B Use the receiver HDMI output
  3. TV · HDMI OUT
Simplified signal path, not an installation or rewiring diagram. Follow the linked manual for power connections, grounding and your exact hardware revision.

Connect the TV to HDMI OUT, not HDMI IN. Network access and satellite reception are separate paths. FBC logical tuners do not create independent antenna feeds: document the actual A/B wiring and any assigned Unicable/JESS user bands. Turn off and disconnect power before changing accessible cables. For shared-system configuration, ask the installer.

Lights and messages

  • A visible receiver menu confirms a display path, not satellite lock. Compare an affected channel with and without another recording, and save the exact error before changing tuner settings.

A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.

Before buying parts

  • The manual specifies an external 12 V, 5 A supply. Use the original or manufacturer-approved replacement with the correct connector and polarity. Formatting recording storage erases data; a missing recording is not a reason to initialize the disk. Do not open powered equipment.

These are compatibility notes and official reference links. Confirm the fault and exact part before buying.
