How it connects
In this Micro G2/HD manual, G2 supports DVB-S while HD also supports DVB-S2. The G2 instructions apply only above firmware smG2HD-106. Record modulation and the four lock boxes using the correct model's table: their meanings differ. ONID/TSID and NIT may arrive later or be absent; a relayed transport stream may carry an incorrect orbital position. Missing DVB-S2 lock on G2 alone is not evidence of a defective feed. Use only an already safe, installed measuring point at ground level. Do not connect to an unknown powered feed, climb or move a dish.
