Confirm your model
Check PICCO S2 pro and product code 01-07-0028 on the label. PICCO S2, PICCOLLINO and terrestrial PICCO models have separate manuals and software. Record the installed software version from the Information menu.

Satellite channels use LNB IN; internet apps use the home Wi-Fi network. HDMI carries the receiver menu and picture to the TV. Preserve installer-supplied LNB, DiSEqC and Unicable settings. Do not move a motorized antenna or guess shared user bands to fix an app.
Lights and messages
- BOOT appears during startup. A visible receiver menu confirms the video path, not satellite reception or internet access. In Network Setting, check the selected Wi-Fi name and network information separately.
A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.
Before buying parts
- Use the specified 12 V / 1 A supply and a suitable HDMI cable. Built-in Wi-Fi does not require buying a USB Wi-Fi dongle. USB storage compatibility and recordings are separate from networking. Back up important data before formatting; use only software explicitly supplied for PICCO S2 pro.
