Confirm your model

Confirm Wally on the receiver label, then identify its antenna. Write down whether this is a fixed home installation or a portable Playmaker setup.

For Playmaker, follow the portable antenna instructions as well as the Wally setup guide. Home-dish and RV coax paths can differ.

Lights and messages

  • Use the receiver’s on-screen message with its power indicator. A lit receiver alone does not establish satellite reception.
  • If the receiver does not respond to power, open the official power diagnostic below before changing antenna settings.

A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.

Before buying parts

  • Wally supports Playmaker antennas and the DISH 54.0 remote. Match the antenna revision and receiver setup before ordering.
  • Wi-Fi requires a compatible adapter on Wally. It enables internet features; it will not repair a lost satellite signal.
