Confirm your model

Confirm Hopper 3 on the equipment label. A Joey in another room is a client; compare its fault with the main Hopper before blaming the dish.

  • DISH lists the 54.0 remote as compatible. Confirm pairing and TV-control needs before replacing a remote.
  • Ask DISH to confirm any LNB, switch or splitter change for your installation. Connector fit alone does not establish compatibility.
