BEAM IsatDock PRO — original Rev04

Separate original-dock communication, satellite registration and the selected audio endpoint. A red STATUS light and red MUTE light describe different faults or operating states.

Confirm your model

This is the original IsatDock PRO for the IsatPhone Pro handset, documented by USRMAN006104 revision 04, March 2014. It is not IsatDock2 PRO, IsatDock MARINE or an Iridium dock. Match the labels and installed handset firmware with authorized support; this historical manual does not establish current service or computer-software support.

How it connects

The dock links the IsatPhone Pro to its external satellite/GPS antenna connections. Local audio can use the built-in speakerphone, the privacy handset on RJ9 or a separate phone through RJ11/POTS. The rear USB interface is a different computer/configuration path. Identify the selected audio endpoint before treating silence as a satellite fault; leave antenna and power wiring intact.

Lights and messages

  • STATUS green means the handset is registered and able to call; flashing green means a call is in progress. STATUS red means no registration/signal; alternating red/blue means an error communicating with the docked IsatPhone Pro. MUTE steady red means uplink audio is muted, while flashing yellow means RJ11/POTS is in use. Record the lamp name as well as its colour and timing.

A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.

Before buying parts

  • The package list includes a privacy handset, AC plug pack, DC power cable, locking keys and wall plate; the IsatPhone Pro is not included. Antennas and matching active/passive cable kits are separate options. Match the actual antenna type and BEAM-approved cable rather than substituting a similar connector. The 2014 USB-driver list is historical, not confirmation of current operating-system support.

These are compatibility notes and official reference links. Confirm the fault and exact part before buying.
