TELE System TS9000 / TS9001 · legacy SD receiver family · Exact manual and safe first checks

TELE System TS9000 / TS9001 · legacy SD receiver family · Original TS9000 21005121 Rev.01 22/06/2012 and TS9001 21005239 Rev.01 14/11/2013; historic SD family, not HEVC; one family credit

Applies to: TELE System TS9000 / TS9001 · legacy SD receiver family · Original TS9000 21005121 Rev.01 22/06/2012 and TS9001 21005239 Rev.01 14/11/2013; historic SD family, not HEVC; one family credit

Work through these checks

  1. 01 · TELE System TS9000 / TS9001 · legacy SD receiver family

Match the exact model, product code and manual edition. Record the existing connections, status indicators and displayed error without changing them. Preserve settings and stored data; do not reset, flash software, format storage or alter wiring as a first check. Keep account details, device identifiers and precise location private.

  2. 02 · IF LOOP OUT / TELE System / 22/06/2012 / 14/11/2013 / 21005121 / 21005239 / TV SCART / tivùsat / TS9000 / TS9001 / Rev.01 / IF IN / HEVC / VCR

Match the legacy SD family precisely: TS9000 article 21005121 uses Rev.01 22/06/2012; TS9001 article 21005239 uses Rev.01 14/11/2013. These are not the later HEVC receivers. IF IN is the dish input, IF LOOP OUT is a shared pass-through, and TV SCART is picture output; a green power LED does not prove reception. Both manuals prohibit simultaneous active use of two receivers in that loop. Only the TS9001 manual here describes deep standby disabling IF LOOP OUT and VCR-to-TV SCART pass-through; waking can take about 90 seconds. Do not apply that behaviour to TS9000 by assumption. TELE System says the old TS9000 tivùsat SD service is no longer usable. Preserve exact card/channel errors and check current service compatibility; do not reset, flash, repoint or copy old frequencies to restore retired access.

When to stop and get help

Do not continue these checks in unsafe conditions. For immediate danger, use local emergency services and the device’s emergency instructions. Otherwise, contact your provider or a qualified technician.

What to tell support

Write down your exact model, service provider and on-screen message. Photograph the existing connections for your own reference before changing anything.
