Match the exact model, product code and manual edition. Record the existing connections, status indicators and displayed error without changing them. Preserve settings and stored data; do not reset, flash software, format storage or alter wiring as a first check. Keep account details, device identifiers and precise location private.
02 · PI BOX / to unit / to STB / HOME / POWER / SAT CONNECT / F/W Update
Match CARAVAN PLUS and its V1.0 PI BOX for fixed vehicle installation. Identify to unit and to STB without swapping cables. An unsuccessful 10-minute search can return to HOME. The alternating HOME/POWER shutdown indication for about 60 seconds follows the HOME command; do not infer that sequence from search timeout alone. Holding POWER can cut power regardless of antenna position, so it is not a substitute for safe stow. SAT CONNECT is local control, not proof of reception; read current status without F/W Update. Inspect only parked with movement space clear. Do not force mechanisms, change skew, reset pairing or alter wiring; visually confirm complete stow before driving.
