Capture the alarm text and network configuration without modifying them. Separate Ethernet reachability from carrier lock, demodulator alarms and uplink problems. Use approved firmware for the exact hardware and an authorized maintenance window. Do not change transmit frequency, polarization, output power, BUC supply or carrier configuration without the network operator’s instructions.
Before contacting support, record the exact model, hardware revision, displayed error and when the fault began. Keep passwords, subscriber numbers, terminal identifiers and precise location private. Share them only through the provider’s secure support channel.
