Start with TV input and the receiver menu before interpreting a signal bar. Match the tuner’s satellite, LNB and single-cable settings to the existing installation using the official manual. Back up recordings and channel lists before any documented software work. Never install firmware for a similarly named box, change shared user bands, or assume a generic remote code works for this hardware revision.
Before contacting support, record the exact model, hardware revision, displayed error and when the fault began. Keep passwords, subscriber numbers, terminal identifiers and precise location private. Share them only through the provider’s secure support channel.
