ZOLEO 1500

Confirm your model

Read the bottom label for ZL1500, IMEI and Bluetooth PIN. Its light Limestone case and USB-C port help distinguish it from the original device. Keep the PIN private.

Link inside the ZOLEO app, not the phone’s Bluetooth pairing screen. Only one phone can link at a time. App-to-app traffic on Wi-Fi or cellular does not prove the satellite path is working.

Lights and messages

  • A flashing green power LED shows the unit is on; the app must separately confirm Follow-Me SMS and Email linking.

A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.

Before buying parts

  • Use a USB-compliant charger and intact USB-C lead. Charge only between 0°C and 45°C; do not force charging when the device is wet or damaged.
