Wideye iFleetONE - Revision 3.0

The manual distinguishes Fleet One Coastal and Global service plans. Identify the actual subscription before interpreting a data failure; the terminal name alone does not establish account coverage. Historical maps and speed figures are not current service guarantees.

Wideye iFleetONE Satellite Terminal, User Manual Revision 3.0. Match the equipment label; this manual is not for a SAILOR or KVH Fleet One terminal.

How it connects

Simplified signal path, not an installation or rewiring diagram. Follow the linked manual for power connections, grounding and your exact hardware revision.

Keep the supplied ADU/BDU combination identified separately. The original manual says not to substitute components without manufacturer or distributor instructions. Shared Fleet One service branding does not establish hardware interchangeability.

    Lights and messages

    • The manual distinguishes Fleet One Coastal and Global service plans. Identify the actual subscription before interpreting a data failure; the terminal name alone does not establish account coverage. Historical maps and speed figures are not current service guarantees.
    • Rev 3.0 page 51 separates PIN checking, antenna pointing and registration. Its registered-without-active-data message means voice/SMS availability does not establish data connectivity. For the historical Coastal plan, page 9 describes out-of-home-region voice-only operation with data disabled by the network. Ask the provider which plan and current region rules apply before treating voice-only service as a hardware fault; do not activate billable data just to test.

A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.

    Before buying parts

    • Keep the supplied ADU/BDU combination identified separately. The original manual says not to substitute components without manufacturer or distributor instructions. Shared Fleet One service branding does not establish hardware interchangeability.
    • Terminal Info records software/hardware versions and model identification (page 96); Logs provides Export All Logs (page 97). Save the system log privately with the exact registration message, time and subscribed plan for distributor support. Protect IMEI/IMSI and account identifiers; exporting evidence does not repair the fault.

These are compatibility notes and official reference links. Confirm the fault and exact part before buying.
