Match the original ZERO HD to its illustrated English installation guide, not ZERO 4K. Identify LNB IN separately from Ethernet, A/V and HDMI; working network connectivity does not establish satellite reception. Record whether the existing screen is showing normal viewing or the initial installation wizard. The guide separates satellite configuration, default service lists and Channel Scan; do not install example Astra/Hotbird lists or rescan an already configured receiver as a first repair.
