The manual shows LNB In / Loop Out and a pluggable tuner system: Loop Out is not evidence of a second independent satellite input. Identify the installed tuner from existing system information without opening the case or swapping modules. Read MENU > Information and record whether the receiver menu, live programme, subscription/CAM service and recording fail separately. For recording failures, inspect existing free-space and timer-conflict information while preserving recordings and disk settings. The front VFD display showing menu information does not establish successful satellite reception. Factory Reset deletes bouquets, service lists and satellite parameters and is not a first check.
