How it connects

The original 28-page FDU-XT User Guide shows a dock for Thuraya XT; it does not establish FDU-XT PLUS/NEO or other handset compatibility. Blue Power indicates the dock is on, not satellite registration. White speaker-button light means speakerphone on; white mute-button light means microphone off; flashing white speakerphone light means an incoming call. Compare these with the docked handset’s own network display. A locked extension-phone function is separate from SIM security: preserve its setting and do not guess either PIN. Record which path fails—auxiliary handset, extension phone or speakerphone—without placing a paid test call. Keep EXT, DTE, SAT and GPS connections distinct; never attach this dock to a PSTN/general telephone line. No powered connector work, reset, drivers or firmware for diagnosis.
