How it connects
Recording and twin-tuner functions belong only to HD 935 Twin, not the base HD 935. During recording the media player is unavailable. With one coaxial feed, the choice of channels while recording is limited; that alone does not mean a tuner has failed. Record the existing Single or Dual (Different) and Tuner 1/2 settings without changing them. If the startup menu is missing, check the TV’s selected HDMI input; a front display showing the time can mean standby. Preserve channels, timers and recordings. Do not reset, format storage, update firmware or alter antenna wiring to diagnose this.
