How it connects
Use Installation > Information to record software and hardware versions. This receiver has one LNB input; RS232 is a service connector, not a second tuner. A Timer can explain an automatic channel change. WiFi requires a compatible USB adapter; a missing WiFi option alone does not prove satellite reception has failed. Record the existing Unicable channel and frequency without changing them. Match the model, product code and manual edition on this page. Photograph existing connections without changing them. First separate TV input and standby problems from missing satellite reception. Preserve the channel list and antenna settings; do not factory-reset, flash software, rescan or rewire as a first check.
