KVH TracVision RV1 · 54-1032 Rev C

Vehicle-passenger satellite TV antenna with TV-Hub. Perform checks while parked; never watch television while driving.

Confirm your model

Model: TracVision RV1 · TV-Hub A+ / A / B · 54-1032 Rev C. Printed page 51 gives the RV1 an elevation range of 20–70° and limits its historical Bell TV configuration to 91W. Page 50 excludes Eastern Arc and 72W for TV1/RV1. These manual-era limits are not a present reception, channel or subscription guarantee. Confirm the installed LNB, hub and provider configuration; do not apply A9 or marine TV-series limits.

How it connects

The RV1 antenna feeds the TV-Hub; the configured receiver supplies television service. TV-Hub tracking and TV-channel availability are separate observations. Do not disconnect powered RF1.

Lights and messages

  • Normal operation has three solid green TV-Hub lights. The Home page displays Searching, Tracking, Idle or Error and any numbered fault. Alternating orange lights mean an update is in progress.
  • Flashing red Power means unacceptable input power; steady red TV-Hub is a major hub fault requiring KVH support. Flashing green Antenna means initialization/search; steady orange Antenna means technician halt. Record the Home-page error; do not diagnose by colour alone.

A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.

Before buying parts

  • Check RV1/TV-Hub serial and installed provider configuration before buying receiver, LNB, cable or a replacement hub. Many red-light and motor faults require certified KVH service.

These are compatibility notes and official reference links. Confirm the fault and exact part before buying.
