Read TERMINAL, ANTENNA and REGISTERED separately: ANTENNA steady green means satellite lock, while REGISTERED flashing amber means voice only and flashing green means packet data only. A voice call working is not evidence of packet-data registration. In the existing local console, record signal/GPS status and whether the data session is already active; registration alone is not an active PDP connection. Read the current APN and profile type without changing them. Do not click Activate Profile or enable Always On merely to test: they can start billed traffic. Preserve vessel networking, SIM PIN and configuration; do not copy old example IP/APN values, load another terminal’s backup, factory-reset, enable remote access or work on powered coax.
