How it connects

LAN connects customer Ethernet; RX IN and TX OUT are different RF paths. Preserve installed wiring and provider configuration. Do not unplug powered RF cables or swap transmit and receive.

Lights and messages

  • On this outdoor model, steady red physical POWER means acceptable DC input, not a fault. Web iSite’s simulated LEDs are separate and can depend on software version. Do not use the indoor physical POWER chart.

A light is one clue, not a complete diagnosis. Match the indicator’s label and the on-screen message.

Before buying parts

  • Do not factory-reset, load another options file or substitute a power module to clear a colour. Record housing/model, iDX version and Web iSite error for the network operator. Repairs and commissioning require qualified personnel.

These are compatibility notes and official reference links. Confirm the fault and exact part before buying.
