How it connects
In the HN9200 System Control Center, System Info > Site ID distinguishes a commissioned modem from Not_Commissioned, which requires the service provider. Reception Info > Receive Status and Transmission Info > Transmit Status are separate observations; record their complete messages, then TCP and Web Acceleration status. Local page access alone does not prove satellite connectivity. Preserve routing and RF wiring; do not recommission or import HN9000 state-code meanings. The 2011 manual does not establish current service eligibility.
