Match FELCOM15 terminal IC-215 and manual OME-56350-K4 (4 June 2015), not FELCOM16/IC-216. An IC-306 alarm can concern missing printer paper or GPS data as well as radio faults; record the exact message before acknowledging or changing anything. The optional PP-510’s POWER and ON LINE lamps concern printer readiness, not satellite login. Record SYNC/UNSYNC, login, GPS, date/position, BBER and Antenna Power Supply separately. NG antenna power can mean a cable discontinuity or short: qualified marine service is needed. Preserve logs and message disks; do not reset, format, rewire, change ocean region or try distress/PV/SSAS tests to diagnose.
