Record whether the installed system has two independent feeds or the manual’s single-feed LOOP OUT A to DISH IN B bridge. A bridge does not provide two independent feeds; faults only while recording or changing channels need this distinction. Photograph the existing layout without disconnecting powered coax. Compare live TV with an existing recording. This manual records first to the internal SATA disk, not directly to external USB storage; LAN/USB transfer working does not establish tuner reception. Read the current PVR > Record Setting HDD and Time shift settings without changing them. Preserve recordings: Format HDD erases the disk. Do not format, reset, flash software, alter LNB voltage or add a loop bridge as a diagnostic experiment.
